Management
Reinhard Rodlauer, founder and managing director of Rodlauer Consulting was born in 1969 in Lunz am See, Austria. Due to muscle atrophy Reinhard Rodlauer uses an electric wheelchair since his 11th month of life.
After finishing school he worked at the Institute for bee-keeping in Lunz am See. 1996 he attended an enterprise training course and passed the entrepreneur exam. Afterwards he took over a so-called "Tabak Trafik" in Vienna, a shop selling newspapers and cigarettes.
Since 2004 he has been working as an independent businessman and consultant in the area of accessibility. With his consulting firm Rodlauer Consulting - Accessibility Business Consulting Mr. Rodlauer offers his broad knowledge and experience concerning accessibility to organizations and institutions.
Amongst others Mr. Rodlauer is currently working for
- the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology as delegate for accessibility,
- the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) as company coordinator of barrier-free services and
-
the Chamber of Commerce Vienna as delegate for “Entrepreneurship and Disability”.
